Hello everybody, just want to apologize for this being on mobile of this comes out weird.
So I (19, M, 6'1) Has gone from 300 lbs to 155 and now looking to basically do my best to rid myself of skinny fat. my goal weight (not that o care about weight but at this weight I get a waist size that i can pretty much guarantee ill find clothing at any place i look at) around 140 lbs. I know about bulking and cutting, macros, caloric deficit etc but, can i do so in a weight frame of 10 lbs either side? like can i bulk to 155-160 and then cut to 145-140 and keep doing that until im happy if my calories/macros keep in order? thank you guys for your help on this question and for the last 2 years on my initial weight loss!!
