Total calories per day is negative

Hi, I am following guide and advices from here and it goes great, lost 3.5 kg in 2 weeks. 33y/93kg/176cm

On sunday i had quite low calorie intake : soy milk with oats, chicken breast with beans for lunch and tuna salad in the evening. This put me to 1200 calories intake.

However i also did 1.5hour uphill walking with stroller in the morning and in afternoon running table tennis. Thats when 5 people play table tennis but are constantly running to opposite side of table once they hit the ball, dont know how its called exactly.

Its very intensive activitity,i had high hearth rate and it took 2 hours almost non stop.

Garmin estimated that i burned 1207 calories that day. That puts me in - 7 calories total that day, i had negative and 2200 below my tdee.

Questions :

1)Should i be worried? If its even closely accurate shouldnt i take more calories on days like that (like protein bar) or is it fine once per 10 days?

2) I hardly trust garmin estimate on this, is it really possible to burn 1000 calories with my weight?
