Hi everyone! So recently I've been struggling to feel good about myself. I'm 127 pounds at the moment, 5'5 female and 17. I wanna get down to 118 and I need tips on how to fight sugar cravings. I dont think im chubby but I feel heavy. I dont know if its my perception of myself or reality. Anyway, I do wanna stop eating so much sugar! I usually eat healthily but can't seem to stop eating desserts. Any tips on how to combat that? Thank you ♡
