Just looking to get some advice on this topic if possible. Around 2 years ago I lost over 3 stone through weight training and maintaining a caloric deficit.
Ever since lockdown in 2020 I have managed to put back on about a stone and I’m looking to lose the excess weight for the summer and going forward , ideally looking to go from about 15 stone down to around 13.5. I am 24 male, stocky build.
The scale that I am using at the moment suggests my body fat is around 30% and my muscle mass is around 63.5KG (although I’m not sure how accurate these scales are in determining body composition)
I am currently eating between 1800-2000 calories per day which should put me in a caloric deficit of at-least 300-500
I resistance train 4-5 times a week with 10 minutes of cardio after every session totalling 50 minutes per week.
I usually have one cheat meal on a weekend to make sure that I am not torturing myself lol
I have been stuck at this weight for around 2 months now and I’m really not sure why, does anyone have any suggestions?
