I’ve been lifting at home for the past 6ish weeks and am finally seeing some muscles come up. My legs and arms feel stronger. My weight doesn’t seem to have changed much, even with the increased protein and lower calories, but I can see a noticeable increase in my leg and arm muscles. I’m wanting to add on a bit more to my current routine. Currently I’m doing:
Standing rows Chest press Squeeze press Squats with shoulder press Bicep curl Weighed lunges Crossover curl
I have tried a drag curl and it felt weird, and I also did Romanian deadlifts for about a week and I think my form wasn’t right and it hurt my lower back. Are there any other recommendations for compound exercises that can be done with 2 dumbbells? I’ve been doing 6 kg. per dumbbell, but I’m going to go up to 7 kg. this weekend as many of these exercises are a lot easier now. Thank you in advance.
