I’ve lost a stone in 2 weeks. I’ve gone in hard - HIIT/cardio for an hour a day and eating about 1200-1500 a day. I read a post about gallstones yesterday that freaked me out so I ate some cheese and cashews and am incorporating healthy fats (avocado, egg and cheese) into my main meals. I feel really good and would like to continue - I have 3 stone to lose before I reach a healthy weight according to my bmi. But I don’t want gallstones after reading about it. Should I carry on? Also I’m based in the UK - who can I talk to about getting the right nutrition/exercising as I’m just googling and scared I’m doing it wrong.
