Hello wondering if Someone can objectively rate my routin
Currently i have a stationary bike and ride it 4-5x a week for 30 m I do 1 minute at a lower resistance and then 1 minut at double the resistance after that I’m sweating enoght to need a shower I also weight train 3-4 times a week. And I try to take the stairs and walk places as much as I can. Im having fun doing so but im starting a physicaly demanding job in 2 months I have at least 30 kg to loose (I know it won’t happen until then and that ok) I already lost 13k. Do you think this is enough to get reasonably fit and loose around 10 kg in 2 months . Im eating 2100 calories im 180cm and 124 kg atm (female)
