i (18m) have been dieting for as long as i can remember. literally. i remember being a small child being forced to diet and exercise and still i would never lose weight. when i hit high school i developed anorexia and lost around 40 lbs in probably 2 or 3 months. 3 years have passed and im continuing to try and lose weight, and once again nothing is working. im currently 180 lbs, 5’5, and i eat around 1100 calories a day and i workout about 40-60 minutes 6 days a week. i’m lost. the only time in my life i have ever lost weight was during my ED, when i was eating maybe 3 times a week. now, eating healthy and exercising regularly nothing is happening. i don’t know what to do.
