Hey all, I posted last week about my restart. So, last week I lost two pounds. I’ve not been perfect, but trying to be mindful. I’m taking smaller portions, and seeing where I can make a better choice. Deprivation feeling throw me into all-or-nothing thinking, which gets me into, “Well, I had some chips, so it’s all hopeless. Why bother?!” That thinking got me to where I am now. So, just trying to change small things, and make them comfortable habits. After that, I’ll change a few more.
