I’ve just booked a vacation that’s set to be mid November! My motivation for loosing weight just increased 100% and I’ve already lost 12 lbs. I’ve gone on fatcalc.com and to loose 40 lbs by vacation day, I’d need to eat on average 1300 a day. Normally I like to stay between 1500-1800. I’m sedentary at work and moderately active in general. Anyone successfully eating 1300? What would you recommend for meal preps? Is this even sustainable? I’m nervous this isn’t going to work and I’m going to binge
