SW 300lbs, CW 253lbs.
I seem to fall off my diet at least once a week lol. I started on KETO and plateaued at 260 and I was VERY frustrated! I was introduced to Optavia and decided to give it a try. So, Holiday weight was about 290lbs, I started on new years day and have dropped to 243lbs smashing through my plateau weight. I guess it just clicks in my mind that I can have a "cheat day" once a week. Well here I go again knocking myself out of fat burn and in to fatso mode! I had cheesecake factory oreo cheesecake last night after dinner and again for breakfast this morning. Anyway, I hope you guys are making better decisions than I am.
