So basically i want to lose fat but gain muscle, idc what the scale says as long as the fats leaving and the muscle is gaining and to where you can see a VISIBLE change, diet plans and weight programs please! i do not care if i have to eat the same thing everyday for months or whatever! i’m ready to be dedicated. I quite literally will do anything, i’m tired of dreading summertime because i have no sweatshirt to cover up my man boobs or stomach, legit insecure all summer everyday and i’m tired of it, i’m also tired of feeling like a lazy bum, a pig, a piece of shit. i want to become a unit, i want to be able to laugh at how i look now in months time. But i need some guidance please, anything helps. i appreciate anyone who takes the time to comment, normally i’m too afraid to post stuff but i can’t stand it anymore, i want to be healthier, i want to be happy with myself, and i forgot to mention diabetes runs on one side of my family, type 1 and 2. So i need to try to avoid that as much as i can, and losing fat will help tremendously. Oh and i can go to the gym 7 days a week if need be, i just want guidance and i want to see changes as fast as i possibly can.
