I hit my goal weight, but then I ALWAYS relapse and fall off the “workout train” HARD! How do I stop this vicious cycle?
Okay, so I’ve yo-yo’d in significant weight loss/gain like 6 times already in my life (60+ Lbs), and every time I reach my goal weight, I say to myself “this will be the last time I gain all the weight back.” However, I recently completed losing 100 lbs (260->160 Lbs) 2 weeks ago but I’ve already gained 14 lbs back!!! How do I stop this vicious cycle?! I’m turning 37 this year if that makes a difference on how to tackle this issue. Thank you in advance!
