I’m 6’2 24M and 265lbs
Back in high school I cut from 220 to 190 by just counting calories and hitting the gym/cardio/basketball basic stuff
The past 3 weeks I been going to the gym and doing at least 30 min cardio 3-4 times a week while eating 17-1800 cal a day
The most I end up doing on days where I’m lazy and snack is 2000-2200 which is only like 2-3 days in the 3 weeks
My weight fluctuates a bit but it’s pretty much around the same which makes no sense to me
I can’t be overeating my accident as I only eat 3 times a day and took out snacking - and according to calculators even at 2200cal I should be losing weight
I did it once before so I know it works but it’s getting hard to stay committed when 3 weeks of work isn’t showing anything when it used to
Is there something going on? Some wall I have to break to get it going again? There’s no way in hell I’m accidentally miscounting 500-700 extra calories per day and I over estimate calories for meals usually anyways
