Hi, (near 50 F, q53 cm, SW 69.8 kg, GW 53) was on and then off this community, wallowing in my own misery of SADD, isolation, some physical pain, and ennui. Cope with it all with food and tv binging, avoiding everyone. Well, back on the horse and doing it differently. 1. Keeping my calorie count real: average of 1500, net. That'll be a slower but more realistic count. 2. Restrict screen time to active - socializing, working on job search in fitness or healing, working out, and being inspired to lose. 3.
