It's been about a month since I've started seriously trying to eat well, and one important thing i noted was the importance of drinking lots of water, I cut down my portion sizes and drinking a bug glass of water before every meal really helped me feel full even though i ate less.
Drinking water regularly has also kept me from getting hungry and snacking. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's cutting the amount of food they eat.
