Hi, I had plateaued for about a month (my stats for reference were 5'2, F, 64kg). I have been consistently strength training twice a week and running 3 times a week. I have lost 10KGs by doing this until the plateau. I was away for a week, and now down with covid, so its nearly two weeks no gym/workouts, and maintaining the same calorie consumption as while I was working out of 1,500. Now the scale is showing around 62.5 KG. Any advice or scientific knowledge on how is this happened? Is it probably all muscle mass I have lost? Or water? But why would I loose water weight not working out? Thanks.
