Hi, first post here so be kind with me :D I think I'll do monthly post just to make things official and accountable for me.
I started weight lifting (GZCLP program) and diet (1900cal/day and 160g of protein) on March 7th
My starting weight was 98.5kg I'm currently at 97kg Ive started taking creatine so that's probably why I '' only'' lost 1.5kg. My body is probably saturated in creatine now so it should be easier losing weight.
I also started supplementing omega 3 and I'm waiting for my vitamin D delivery.
I think my body already look a lot better in the course of a month and I can see my muscles getting bigger overall. And I discover new muscles every day lol.
Regarding my weight lifting PRs (i know they suck ) :
deadlift : 90kg x 6 (+30kg) squat: 55kg x 4 (+15kg) bench : 52.5kg x 3 (+15kg) overhead press : 37.5kg x 7 (+12.5kg)
My goals for next months are to lose at least 2kg, don't miss a single workout and add a steady 5kg per week on my squat and deadlift and 2.5kg for Ohp and bench. Pretty simple stuff ^
