Not sure how to deal with this. I am simply not as hungry as I was previously. Ever since I went to college after winter break I have been incredibly good with my diet, and then during the week long spring break my father was constantly nagging at me over me not eating much. I was eating 1400-1800 calories with no averse effects. I just don't know how to explain it to him since he thinks I'm lying myself into losing weight.
