Long story short, I have, over the past few years, maintained at a weight I'm confident in. Former bulimic with occasional relapses. Binges here and there. Active lifestyle. But after having had covid, I've lost my appetite completely, and have been so tired.
My weight-loss journey has been about "intuitive eating", and not counting calories, due to my ED. But now my intuition has led me to just not want to eat.
I'll eat a small breakfast, drink hot chocolate, and a "bigger" lunch. But that's all I crave.
Now I'm constantly tired and wondering if that's because I'm eating too little? Or is this lack of eating fine if it's not because I'm restricting?
I don't know. Don't want to change anything, but this fatigue is killing me.
