Is it possible to consistently diet and still NOT lose weight ?

Hi everyone !

So I've been dieting for a few weeks now. I alternate OMAD and calorie deficit (~1200 calories or lower). I exercise a lot (burning ~500 kcals at least 3 days a week, 200 the remaining days). Also drinking lots of water. I used to binge eat almost everyday so the calorie deficit is quite big compared to before.

At first I lost around 4-5 pounds (~2.5 kilos). I'm now 125 pounds (57 kilos) and have been for nearly 2 weeks ! My weight just WON'T go down !! I am 28F and 5,3 ft (161 cm).

I have PCOS but it still used to be relatively easy for me to lose weight. I've been on antipsychotics (Seroquel) for a few months now and it did make me gain a few pounds.

Is there something I am doing wrong ? Or is it possible that I just reached my "set weight" and won't ever be able to get thinner than that ?
