I am short and was always the chubby (higher end of normal BMI) one throughout my adolescence years at around 135lbs and throughout my twenties, I gradually went down to 110 lbs and achieved the exact shape I always wanted. Within one year, a decade of hard work went down the drain and I rebounded back to 133 lbs.
I am now at the very end of a healthy BMI range towards the overweight category, my waist went from 24 inches to 29 inches, and I am quite depressed that it will take me another 10 years to achieve my goal again. I am mostly mad at myself for letting go of myself to this point. To those who were able to successfully reach their goal after a big rebound, how did you manage to motivate yourself and how did you achieve your goal?
Thank you
