once i got to my lowest weight (138lbs) i don’t know what happened. i turned into a binging maniac and i’ve been bouncing between 138-145lbs for the past 2 months — soon to be 3. it’s driving me crazy!! even when i workout, i still binge.. i binged before writing this and i’m so upset. even when i binge, i think to myself “this is bad” but keep doing it LMFAO it’s like i can’t control myself. any tips for getting out of this cycle? i’m SO close to my goal but it feels farther away than ever. i planned to be at my gw by this summer too but at this rate i’m unsure.
