Hey guys! I am skinny fat. My height is 175cm. At the end of last year I was on 63.8cm with almost no muscle. I looked bad so I decided to do some changes in my life.
I am always busy (work and study), but nevertheless I started working out at home like max 45 min a day watching Igor Voitenko’s videos (recommended 💪🏻), plus intermittent fasting, cutting almost all junk food, sugars and alcohol and some cardio (walking and biking)… I am now on 59.1 Kg and my belly has flattened now (lost 4,5 cm o belly) and I looked even JUST A BIT more defined (chest area and arms)..
I usually do the trainings in the videos and take a protein shake (Myprotein) after. Also try to be in a caloric deficit of 2000 kcal per week.
Do you think that if I continue like this will I get to see my abs finally? Only that it will take longer than if I went to the gym?
I am just trying to stop being skinny fat without going to the gym since I have not much time during the week tbh.
I always finish my days very tired (sometimes with headaches since I also have to study and research a lot in my new Job) so even if I had time I don’t think I would give a 100% of my potential because my brain is always tired and just need to focus in performance and challenge yourself during weightlifting. Nevertheless, I think this lifestyle changes have somehow help me ease my stress during these past months
