I’m a 48yr old guy. I wanted to lose around 10kgs and checked my TDEE which was around 2000 daily.
So I cut to 1500 and decided to have a good walk every day to and from work. Did this for a month and you know how much I lost? 400 grams. 400 fucking grams.
I guess my metabolism must be shot because if I eat less than 1000 calories and do no exercise then I actually lose weight. But I know that’s not healthy.
