So, I've always been fat, since idk, 2016 I've been over 100kg, tried a lot of diets, fast ones, slow ones, never got anywhere with that, even when combined with exercise, even going to the gym didn't seem to do any difference, even after six months going and taking care of my nutrition.
February 10th I decided to take one more shot at losing weight, bought a power band kit and started doing the THENX workout on it(you'll only need this to build muscle)
Then I started doing it every single day, religiously, pushing everyday to the limit of every exercise, being tired and sore for almost a week, which is normal, of course.
On the very first week I noticed that some muscles started to develop and that made me keep pushing through the pain and exercising more, changed my nutrition to more protein and more vegetables, cutting almost every bad carbo, like sugar.
40 days later, here's my results(Feb, 10 - Mar, 23)
Been really happy about my body and even started posting shirtless pics on Instagram, which I thought I would never do in my life, my self esteem was never this high and I'm really proud of myself.
The secret was in the muscle buildup, when I was focused in losing fat it never came, even when I was almost starving, however, when I focused in building up muscle, my fat loss started to appear and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
