Context: I am WFH as a data scientist, sometimes my work is difficult and I don’t know how to solve problems or I feel stressed and I just want to avoid sitting in front of the screen. All I can think about in these moments is to snack and because I’m at home, it’s so easy and accessible to just walk to my kitchen and do that. Most times I’m not even hungry, or actually very full, but snacking is so much easier than hitting my head on a wall for a problem
Does anyone else struggle w this? Do you have tips?
