It's been 3 weeks since my first post, and today is my 3 week update,

This week was a good one, I've stuck to my diet to the letter, and haven't had any real craving's etc.
I've returned to the office a few days a week, and hence my life has become more active, as I'm doing a lot more walking during my commute and breaks etc.
Starting Weight : 246.6LBs
Weight Last Week : 239.8LBs
Current Weight : 234.6LB s
Weight Loss this week : 5.2LBs
Weight Loss Total : 12LBs
My Thoughts: I'm delighted with this weeks weight loss, I suspect a LB or so is being brought into the number from the week previous, as on Vday I dranks and ate a lot, and not sure if I had any water retention brought through to the day I weighed myself.
Solid progress, and I think I can feel there being a bit less weight on me,
example, I can feel the fat roll under my belly button getting less firm etc.
Visuals are improved, I can start to see an improvement, although there is a lot of fat there still, I can notice it being trimmed off as I go week to week.
Hoping I have a few more big weeks of weight loss ahead, before the inevitable plateau happens!!!
I will include example pics of my meals next week, as I eat the same 2 meals every day!
