I have been on my weight loss journey for nearly a year now..164 cm female, SW 80kgs, lowest weight 73.4 kgs. My goal weight is 65 kgs.
During this year I was diagnosed with a thyroid condition and it has been a rollercoaster of hypo and hypers. Currently I am on levothyroxine and am euthyroid. I am sticking to 1600 calories per day and walk on average 8,000 - 10,000 steps per day during work.
The issue is I lack the energy or motivation to work out. Before even when I was clinically hypothyroid or even hyperthyroid, I pushed through a full exercise routine 3-5 times a week. Now I am lucky to only get 1 in per week. And idk why..my weight has been hovering at 74.5-75.5 lately and I know if I put in the exercise I will drop again but I just cant get to it..I followed up with my doctor for possible chronic fatigue and will undergo additonal testing but it doesnt seem like it now. Idk what to do? Any advice?
