I am 5’8 male with my current weight at 265 .I am trying to lose weight and I feel like I’m doing everything right I eat 2 times a day with a snack in between and go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and drink a gallon of water each day but for some reason I’m not losing anything. I do feel myself getting stronger and gaining more stamina in myself but every time I go on the scale it is just the same and it is really irritating me a little bit. I just want any advice on what I should do to progress myself better
