Hi everyone. Right now I am around 130lbs at 5’4 and stuck. I’m stuck because when you mix my sedentary lifestyle, messed up hormones and not having a lot of calories left to cut (without going under the daily recommended amount), I end up staying around 130. My hour long daily walk is no longer an option for me, and I would really like to start weight lifting at the gym and getting strong. I made a plan to try to do 2 lower body and 2 upper body sessions per week (if possible)… but I can’t bring myself to go. I’m not afraid people will judge or anything, and I’ve been to the gym before, but when I only had to walk to the treadmill it felt easy. I think in the back of my head the task feels like it’s going to be overwhelming to figure out and do. Even when I’m in front of the machines reading the little instructions I get confused. Can anyone help me? And what is the best way to keep at it instead of getting excited then falling off the wagon? Many thanks
