Pretty much the title. I've lost 80 pounds in 2 years, a lot of it quickly when I went sober. I'm 6' tall 213 lbs right now. I've been determined to get under 200, 190 would be great. I'm heavy on physical activity, very active job. Workout 1 to 2 times a day, lots of cardio. I run 5k races every few weeks to keep my running progressing. I'm stuck. I've done keto for 6 months a while back, got to 209. I've been doing cico for 2 months, doing 2 workouts a day every day I can. Limited to 1500 to 1800 calories. Tracking my food precisely. Stalled. Belly fat is my biggest target. I'm about to switch to juicing or something crazy for a month, this should be gone by now as hard as I've worked. Ideas? Thank you. 🌞
