Does anybody else find time moves different when you’re sticking to a plan vs binging. The first two weeks of the year moved so slowly, I was battling my urges around food but managing to stick to a plan - overall feeling better for it and I lost 5lbs in 2 weeks. The second half of the month I was stressed, back to takeaways and binges, and as of today my total Jan loss is 1.8lbs (better than a gain but at 266 I need to be losing more then that a month really) The second half of the month flew by, time moves so slowly when I can’t just eat what I want - does anybody else find this?
