All my life I've been the "Big guy". Throughout school and growing up I loved talking to people, doing things, exploring, and I had a lot of confidence that drove me but there was something there that kept me from feeling truly happy about myself. I decided that eating my problems away would make me feel better, it only brought on more guilt, damage, and pain to me. Im just tired of being like this, Im seriously done. I want to change for myself. My goals are to get to 280 by march, 260-250 by the summer, and 220 by the end of the year. What do you guys think? Any tips? Thank you for reading!!!
