Hello all I am a 5'8" Male SW: 296 CW: 261 GW: 195 and I need some help. In June of last year I started IF and lost 35lbs in 3 months which was fantastic! Then I stalled. Ive been stuck at 261 for about 4 months now. After the first month of stalling, I switched it up and started focusing on a high protein diet and lifting 4 days per week. I can definitely feel myself getting stronger. Im now Benching 225 and Deadlifting and Squatting 255 but my weight hasnt budged at all (minus water weight differentials) I think its time to ask for some help. i appreciate you all in advance.
