I've been going to the gym for about 2 years now and i haven't really been seeing that big of a change, was working my ass off to lose a few pounds or to keep the same shape basically, but a couple of months ago i started lifting light weight with more reps, like really light weight (10-20 lbs for 25×4) and i'm getting a good pump and a good workout and i'm beginning to see the progress im looking for, but im just wondering if it's worth it for trying to mainly lose the arm fat without gaining too much mass
