So first my stats. I‘m 5‘3, weigh 57kg, 20 years old, female. I’ve lost a lot of weight before. From 70 to 43 now back to 57 because 43 are just too low for an adult with that height. Now I want to go back to 48-50 because I’ve felt really comfortable in that weight range. I was eating 1400-1600 the last 8 weeks and working out 4-6 times a week. Weightlifting 4-5 days, Cardio and/or HIIT 2-3 times. 4 weeks ago I started eating low carb because I’m not seeing results. My weight is not going down and even though I’m getting slimmer a little bit it’s not the progress that suits the things I do. So now I was wondering if I‘d have to decrease my cals to 1200 or lower (someone on here adviced me to do so) because maybe my BMR is much lower than I thought. (I might have PCOS and IR) Any advice?
