Maybe not exactly like that but i just realized i propably though like 8 years ago "Man i dont wanna go slow, it takes year to reach the perfect weight" and now im here, propably 20kg heavier than 8 years ago.
I mean i couldve allways had periods of lots of sport or more strict fasting to lose more inbetween when i felt like that, and i think that is the point. If i work on my foundation and make it "possible and healthy" i can still fall back to it after going on something more strict.
Just a little thought i had, i write it down is it sticks with me better and i thought reddit is a good spot to write shit down.
