Just looking for some guidance here. I'm currently trying to lose weight and tone. I've been doing 30min exercises 4x a week and eating under 1500 calories but if I'm hungrier I will eat more as I'm breastfeeding still. I've been working out for a month now and have only lost 1 inch off my hips and 1 inch off my waist. I've lost no weight on scale and actually have gained 1kg which I'm assuming is muscle? My legs feel so much harder and I can see muscle underneath the fat on my arms. But I've not gotten any thinner? Lost nothing else and the fat I'd still hovering? What am I doing wrong?
