Good evening all,
I was looking for any advice AT ALL about losing weight for a very very beginner who is pretty obese but is overwhelmed by various methods that are out there and doesn’t quite know where to start.
I bought a food scale and a scale to measure my weight. I figure that’s a start but I see some people only eat lunch and dinner. I see some who say eat one meal a day. I see others saying don’t skip any meals. It’s just so many different roads and I’m to the point where if I don’t do something I may never and I cannot go down that path of immobility.
I’m only 25 years old and want to be healthier now and have lost weight in time for my college graduation since I’m a junior now. I’m beginning to ramble but please if you are knowledgeable on the topic please waste a little time on me and help me with any advice. I so appreciate your time even reading this.
