Ngl, I was my at my fittest in 2019 then 2020 happened and I gained hella weight. Between the lockdown, my parents very messy divorce, my scholarship on the line, a loved one constantly threatening suicide, and my dad's passing in 2021, yeah, I gained hella weight.
So yeah, it'd be great if any of you can help encourage me and keep me accountable? Honestly I don't really have a concrete plan yet. I'd maybe do IF and eat more fiber and maybe eat try to eat mostly plan based (though I do love eggs!)
From experience, I've learned that I just can't do like too hard to fast. I don't mind a slow weight loss, but hopefully it's also steady.
With that said, I am still above all looking for friends, so we can talk about other things as well beside weight loss and dont worry, I am in a better place now and I will not treat you as my personal therapist, and I am not in the mental position to be anyone's therapist either so that's something I can't help you with.
