WW or CICO?

Hi there! I’m 30f, 164cm/5”4 and lost quite a bit of weight in 2020. I went from my heaviest 91,9kg/203lbs down to 73,2kg/161lbs. I did weight watchers and felt great with it. However, it was the year 2020 with lockdowns etc and no need for me to stuff my feelings with food.

Now during the course of this year, I gained 6kg/13lbs (roughly, weighed myself just after Christmas) and I’m wondering what method fits best for me.

I’ve tried CICO now and then (I’m a fitbit user so I used their food data) but never really got into any progress. I like WW for ny success but I always thought it had it’s perks.
