Hiii. So I went on vacation to the Bahamas. The first day I definitely feel like I over ate as I took advantage of this, but the next few days I limited my portions to food that was still not necessarily healthy. But I still cut my portions. On the last day I had half a lobster grilled cheese sandwich and then a ribeye dinner with sweet potatoes. That’s all I ate but felt like it was sooo many calories. Anyways I left at 130 pounds and came back at 128! I’m really happy because I’ve been trying hard to lose (-18 down with the 128) and maintain. Vacations are scary because all the food. Have y’all lost weight on vacation before? This one wasn’t so much activity filled as the resort was just huge and had a lot of walking involved. But I spent most the days tanning by the pool.
