I have lost about 20 kg in 2 years. I am happy with my weight right now but i struggling with a couple things:
I just can’t seem to find my tdee. I am a student en workout 3x a week (30 min treadmill, about 177 kcal burned).
I am obviously not sedentary but i dont consider myself lightly active. What should i do? I keep gaining and losing weight and just can’t seem to get it right.
I am also struggeling with the feeling of caloriecounting. I want to eat to my body needs of hunger. I am starting to see food as a number yet i want to keep tracking to keep myself accountable. Does anyone experience this too and has advice for me?
