Partner & I Start Today!

My partner & I got a little chunky & comfortable after being together a while. Yknow, relationship 15 or whatever. Well, we made a resolution to be healthier in 2022 & we'll be working based off an old meal plan from his former trainer. I'm excited because I love to cook (which we rarely do the past few months).

He is however a whole foot taller than me, so I'll have to adjust accordingly. Made a budget & everything. Any tips (prep time efficiency, how to not get bored, healthy snacks) & recipes are appreciated!
