20M/180cms/83.6kgs/vegetarian My weight was 107kgs so after 6-7 months of weight lifting and calorie restriction I lost around 23kgs. Now I am struggling. I think my bf percentage is still around 25 and I am struggling to go below 83kgs. I think I lost some muscle mass as well but mostly fat. I still store lower body/love handles/lower back fat. Please share your valuable methods to help me get over this phase. Also some tips to get rid of love handles/lower body fat.
