I’m (23f) 152 lbs and 173 cms tall and I’ve not lost weight in the last six months after losing 65 pounds in a year. It’s annoying and disheartening. My calorie intake is always somewhere around 1500 to 1600 calories, and the job I do (I’ve been working here for 2 months) requires a lot of speaking loudly and running around, so 1500 feels a little too less of food sometimes. I’m thinking of increasing my intake and then cutting it down back again slowly.
Just putting it out that I don’t have a lot of time for any form of weight lifting/cardio and I didn’t exercise a lot back when I lost 65 pounds together. Any form of exercise was very occasional.
What do you all think?
