So I have always been obese. Been struggling all my life. I been on and off 30 min to 4 hours at the gym with friends during the past 8 years. I haven't gone during covid then had things happen whenever I wanted to start going regularly I can't. I know I can I just hesitant to go to the gym alone. Kiddos will be off to school so I will have 3 hours every morning 5 days a week. I'm so lost on how to start this with no guidance.
