So I started just making basic life style changes around September 26th. I started eating normal portions and enjoying my nature walks again. Cut out soda, started cooking again I got too depressed at a point to do so.
I attempted to do the couch to 5k again for a week or two.
Otherwise I've been visiting parks, parking farther away from my house to force myself to walk, and working out with heavier items. Especially with my job at this warehouse
