Ima keep it short, what’s everyone’s thoughts/experience with using the Apple Watch for weight loss ect?
I find I’m one of those people who struggle keeping motivated to exercise. My depression has gotten really bad since September- I’ve not been looking after myself, barley leaving the house and I’m slowly starting making the changes but as I said, I struggle with keeping motivated. I feel like having something on my wrist that collects data ect might help keep me on the ball. I’m really wanting to get in the swing of things in the new year, go to the gym 2-3 times a week and start going on daily walks again. Has having a watch or any fitness tracker helped anyone else?
